Vermont Weather Stick

Forecast the Weather Like Vermont Farmers Do—With a Vermont Weather Stick

As fair weather approaches, this “magic” forecasting stick points to the sky, and when the weather begins to turn, it points to the ground. Changes in barometric pressure set it moving! The Vermont farmers we know like to keep one on their porches to stay apprised of any weather changes.

• Powered by changes in barometric pressure
• When it points up, fair weather is expected; when it points down, foul weather is approaching
• Mounting hardware included
• Approx. 14″ long (lengths will vary)
• Made of solid fir
• Made in Vermont
