Insulated Ticking Stripe Tie-Up Balloon Valance

Our Insulated Ticking Stripe Balloon Valance Adds Beauty and Dimension to Your Windows

Bring thetimeless beauty of ticking stripes to your home with this balloon-style tie-up valance. “Balloon style” means this valance adds volume and dimension to your windows with the simple adjustment of two ties. The two ties can be tied at different heights to create the amount of volume and coverage you desire. Besides adding a unique, full look to your windows, the insulated valance also helps to keep cold out in the winter, heat out in the summer and control light all year-round. It has durable cotton facing and whisper-thin rayon backing that’s an effective insulator without adding bulk. A bonus: When the valance is untied, it functions as an insulating shade. Valance is sold individually.
