Crowley Cheese, 8 Ounce Block

A Vermont Original: Exceptionally Delicious Artisan Cheese Handmade by America’s Oldest Continuous Cheesemaker

While cheddar gets most of the attention here in the Green Mountains, this unique raw milk cheese is quickly developing a following—rightly so! It’s made the old-fashioned way—by hand and in small batches—by our neighbors a few towns over since 1824. It has a distinctly smooth texture and a sweet buttery flavor that falls between cheddar and colby—only it’s creamier and melts even better. We’re offering three varieties: garlic chive, naturally smoked garlic, and muffuletta with fresh garlic, black olives, and pimento.
